Brian Crosby, a National Board Certified Teacher, taught high school English and journalism for 31 years, and is the author of Smart Kids, Bad Schools: 38 Ways to Save America’s Future and The $100,000 Teacher: A Teacher’s Solution to America’s Declining Public School System. His column “Whiteboard Jungle” appeared in the Los Angeles Times‘ Community Newspapers:  Glendale News-Press, Burbank Leader, and the Daily Pilot for 9 years.

Ever since the publication of his first book, Mr. Crosby has made numerous national media appearances on both TV and radio, discussing not only his books but his views on a variety of issues concerning children, education, and today’s culture.   He has been an invited speaker at national conferences including the New York Times’ Schools for Tomorrow.
